A functioning circular economy requires the interaction of innovations in many areas. Austropressen presents itself to international trade visitors from 160 countries as a company that manufactures machines for a better future for materials and raw materials. At IFAT 2024, Austropressen will be presenting the “Focus Future” on a total of 160 square meters in Hall B5 Stand 550-551. Developments and experience in waste management are demonstrated by a <\/span>Fully automatic channel baling press <\/span>the APK-ES professional series, a vertical baler from the APV, APVeasyline and Kompakt series, as well as a horizontal baler for various applications.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The technical parameters of the APK-ES 135<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

– With a pressing force of 1,350 kN, a cutting force of 1,480 kN and a theoretical output of 585 m\u00b3\/h, bales weighing up to 880 kg (with a length of 1.2-1.3 m) are produced, depending on the material.<\/span><\/p>\n

– A 2 x 55 kW drive with sensor-controlled switch-off when the material runs out guarantees efficient use of energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Trouble-free processing of collected goods, pre-compacted cardboard, AZV, PET, aluminum and tinplate, HD-PE canisters and hollow containers.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Even with pre-compacted cardboard, the energy requirement is an economical<\/span><\/p>\n

4 kW\/h per cardboard bale; with a bale weight of 700 kg and a length of 1.1 m.<\/span><\/p>\n

– The DRILLFIX 5-fold vertical wire binding ensures stable bales even with plastic fractions such as hard plastic and is more efficient, resource-saving and saves more wire than cross binding.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Replaceable base and side plates made of HARDOX reduce wear and increase the service life of the channel baling press.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Specially developed hydraulic units and an oil maintenance unit (cooling, heating, cleaning in one system) ensure energy-saving operation and extend the service life of the hydraulic equipment and the hydraulic oil.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Brand products installed: Hydraulic equipment from Rexroth\/Parker, electrical equipment from Siemens.<\/span><\/p>\n

– The patented cutting system minimizes material jamming, energy consumption and wear on the cutting tool.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ideally designed blades with an optimum cutting angle and the automatic free-pressing device guarantee trouble-free and continuous work.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Trouble-free, safe, problem-free and wire-saving operation thanks to the fully automatic 5-fold vertical strapping of the bales with the Austropressen DRILLFIX 2.0 tying system.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Maximum security thanks to key transfer system for door monitoring.<\/span><\/p>\n

Automatic control system with pump shut-off, automatic press channel control and user-friendly display panel with 10 program settings.<\/span><\/p>\n
