Friedrich Rechberger took over the management of HydroDyn Recycling GmbH as CEO on February 8, 2024. As Co-Managing Director, company founder Michael Hofmann focuses on strategic business development and sales. With this strengthening of the management team the specialists for specialists in innovative process technology for cleaning and processing plastic waste are pressing ahead with their growth plan and further expanding their role as a technological pioneer.
For his new role as CEO, 56-year-old Rechberger brings more than 30 years of international experience in the management of technology companies.
The manager, who grew up in Feldkirchen an der Donau (Upper Austria), has an impressive track record in the development and management of mechanical and plant engineering companies worldwide, particularly in the plastics processing industry.
“I am delighted to take over the management of HydroDyn as CEO and to continue the successful development of the company,” says Friedrich Rechberger. “I am confident that with the dedicated HydroDyn team, we can continue to advance our mission of a better and sustainable future.”
Before joining the Hamburg-based car wash manufacturer, Mr. Rechberger worked in an advisory capacity in the design of plants for the plastics recycling industry.
